New Store Develpoment Manager
- Major stand-alone boutiques development (researching the possible sites and selection, liaising with property owners) - Negotiation with the property to conclude the term - Reporting the HQ about competitor news, market trend etc. - Preparation for new opening boutiques such as schedule management, communication/adjustment with HQ and vendors - Facility management including security setup
- +3 years of store development experience in retailing or real estate business - Experience in project management - At least business level of English (internal meetings and business emails) - University diploma - PC skill （Word,Excel,PPT） - Age between 35-48
